I am so incredibly happy for Alex and Nick! From the moment I first met them in person at their Sunset Engagement At Nantaskset Beach, we instantly clicked and had the best time together. Needless to say, leading up to their wedding day I was brimming with excitement! Capturing their wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn in Rhode Island, was an absolute joy. This stunning venue, nestled on the water, provided a gorgeous backdrop for their dream coastal wedding. With stunning views of Narragansett Bay, a perfect wedding timeline, and a beautiful coastal theme centered around dusty blues, greens, and whites, Alex and Nick’s Bristol Harbor Inn wedding was flawless in every way.
Bristol Harbor Inn Coastal Wedding
The Bristol Harbor Inn is an amazing venue that offers everything a couple could want for their special day. Alex and Nick knew they wanted a location on the water, as Alex grew up spending her summers on Cape Cod. They fell in love with the venue and its Waterfront Pavilion, which provided an open, indoor-outdoor feel with all amenities right on site. The venue’s panoramic views of the harbor added to the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere they wanted for their guests.
From the floral arrangements to the table settings, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a cohesive and elegant look. I also loved that their wedding day truly reflected Alex and Nick’s personalities – fun, relaxing, and full of love. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they created an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable, allowing them to relax and enjoy their surroundings.
The Magic of a First Look
One of the highlights of the day was the first look by the water. Since they opted for a first look, it gave us a full hour for their portraits prior to the ceremony. This allowed us to capture so many beautiful moments without feeling rushed. This is one of the many benefits of doing a first look – getting all of your photos done beforehand so you can fully enjoy your cocktail hour with your guests!
The entire day was seamlessly executed, with every detail falling perfectly into place. There was no rushing, no stress – just a beautiful celebration of love. The guests were amazing, contributing to the overall vibe of joy and happiness that permeated the event.
