Hannah and Sean are a super sweet couple I had the opportunity to capture for their Nantasket Beach sunset engagement session. I think most would agree that it doesn’t get much more romantic than the beach. However, these two could have made any location work. You could tell that they didn’t care where they were as long as they were together. I could feel their love radiating between them throughout the entire session.

As we walked along the beautiful shores of Nantasket Beach, Hannah and Sean smiled up at each other as they held hands, stole kisses, and giggled nonstop. Their light and neutral outfits were perfect for our coastal setting, creating soft, light and airy imagery. The sun also provided the most beautiful lighting for their sunset portraits. Everything came together wonderfully for their dreamy engagement session.

How They Met

I love Hannah and Sean’s story of how they met! They’ve been together now for almost 10 years, but it all started at a Marshalls department store! Hannah had a summer job there after her sophomore year at UMass Amherst ended. Hannah first laid eyes on Sean in the break room. Throughout the summer, Hannah’s crush grew as she found herself excited whenever they worked the same shifts. Once the fall semester started back up, they didn’t see each other as much. After a tough junior year at UMass, Hannah made the decision to transfer to Bridgewater State University, which happened to be where Sean attended school.

As they resumed working together at Marshalls, Hannah finally built up the courage to ask for Sean’s phone number, which he wrote down on a Marshalls receipt! They went to a work party and a few days later revealed their feelings for each other. Both were relieved to know they were on the same page! They officially started dating in June 2014, and the rest is history. Now this beautiful couple is getting ready to tie the knot and start their next chapter of life together. I am so thrilled for them as they are truly meant for each other! Congratulations, Hannah and Sean!
