Romantic Boston Engagement

I had the most wonderful time capturing Brooke and Eric’s romantic Boston Engagement session. They are the sweetest couple and were so easy to talk to and get along with. I loved their joyful smiles and enthusiastic energy they brought to their session. It was easy to see in the way they interacted how comfortable, happy, and in love they are. Capturing couples together and seeing their love play out before me is not only inspiring, but incredibly heartwarming and one of the many reasons I love what I do so much. Meeting amazing couples like Brooke and Eric and capturing moments of their story together brings me so much joy!

For their romantic engagement session, we headed to the Boston Public Garden first! We were blessed with such a gorgeous fall day. The weather was perfect. The sun shined down, providing a lovely, glowly light. There was a slight breeze, but that only added to the magic of the session, as the long vines of the weeping willow blew softly around the couple. I’m not sure what it is about weeping willows, but there is something I find so romantic about them! Then when you add in the shimmering pond in the background, we really couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting.

After capturing Brooke and Eric around the gardens, they did a quick outfit change before heading to our next location in Seaport at Fan Pier Park. They did such a wonderful job coordinating outfits, as both wardrobe choices were amazing! I love the Seaport area of South Boston! Its waterfront location, gorgeous city skyline, and bay views provides a stunning panoramic backdrop.

These two favorite Boston locations were the perfect combination for Brooke and Eric’s romantic Boston engagement. The natural, serene, and picturesque setting of the Boston Public Garden combined with the cityscapes, beautiful harbor views, and urban vibe of Fan Pier Park provided the best of both worlds! I had such a blast capturing Brooke and Eric’s engagement and am beyond excited to capture their wedding next year!
