As a proposal photographer in Boston, I’ve had the joy of capturing several surprise proposals, but Zack + Becca’s Epic Boston Proposal might be my new favorite! Zach and I went to high school together and I was overjoyed when he contacted me to help plan and photograph his surprise proposal to his girlfriend Becca. Zach went above and beyond planning his proposal, at the new View Boston venue, which offers 360 degree views of the entire city of Boston!
Epic Boston Proposal
The observatory comprises the top three floors of the Prudential Tower. Here you can see incredible panoramic views of the city, no matter where you are standing. As Zach and Becca enjoyed breathtaking views from the observation deck, Zach waited until just the right moment and dropped to one knee! Becca was completely shocked! The sun peeking through the clouds as it was slowly setting was just the icing on the cake!
After they shared a moment together and Becca got over the initial shock of what just happened, I captured plenty of photos of the newly engaged couple. However, Zack had another surprise in store for Becca! He invited their entire families to arrive after our photoshoot. It was such a sweet moment with so much excitement in the air.
The images from this surprise proposal are Epic, as the title of this blog implies. I love city views, and being able to see the entire city of Boston below was breathtaking. It was an honor to capture Zack and Becca’s proposal and share in their excitement! Congratulations!
