Beauport Hotel Gloucester Wedding | Allii + Chuck

Allii & Chuck’s Beauport Hotel Wedding in Gloucester was a long time coming, but oh was it worth it! These two planned their wedding THREE different times in two different states during 2020, and they ultimately landed on having an intimate ceremony aboard a 65-foot Schooner in the beautiful Gloucester, MA.

Allii & Chuck had the odds against them for their wedding. As if it wasn’t already enough to have to change their venue three times and revise their guest list. Come the day of the wedding, there was a floral delivery delay due to a hurricane, and there were predicted thunder and lightning storms for the day. Perfect for a boat wedding, right? Well, the odds were in their favor because Allii & Chuck ended up with a beautiful day with minimal rain! They even had the treat of seeing a rainbow right after their ceremony.

The day began with getting ready at the Beauport Hotel in the luxurious bridal suite. Beauport Hotel is one of my favorite venues, not only because of the stunning views, but because of the hospitality. You always feel welcome, and everyone is so kind!

Allii & Chuck opted for a first look so that they could maximize their portrait time together before everyone boarded the ship. As soon as Chuck saw Allii his jaw dropped. He was in awe! It was so fun to watch!

It’s truly a blessing to be along for the ride and capturing love like what Allii & Chuck have. Because Allii & Chuck also had their engagement session with me, these two were pros when it came time to take their couple portraits. We were able to get portraits at three different settings throughout the day!

The ceremony was met with beautiful light peeping through the storm clouds, and as soon as these two said “I do” the sky revealed a beautiful rainbow. The night carried on with love and laugher, and it was surely a day these two will never forget.
