Dreamy Cape Cod Wedding

Amber and Preston’s dreamy Cape Cod wedding at The Dennis Inn was the epitome of everything you could ever want in a Cape Cod wedding! I am still in awe of their beautiful day filled with classic white and Cape Cod blue hues, which created an enchanting, elegant atmosphere. The Dennis Inn, with its stunning coastal location, proved to be the perfect choice for Amber and Preston’s destination wedding. The weathered gray exterior adorned with blue shutters perfectly complemented the Cape Cod aesthetic that they envisioned for their day. Each detail of their wedding was carefully chosen details and so much fun to photograph. Everything about their day was flawless!

The Dennis Inn Wedding Details

From the gorgeous wedding invitation suites to the impressive blue and white florals, to the elevated reception space, this wedding was incredible and every detail was thoughtfully curated to perfection. The color story of the day, Cape Cod Blue, was intricately woven throughout the wedding, from the bridesmaids’ dresses to even the shutters of the venue itself. The cohesive design added a touch of charm and elegance to the entire affair, elevating it to “wedding goals” status.

The beautiful Cape Cod area is a favorite spot and holds a special place in their Amber and Preston’s hearts, as well as their families – so much so that everyone traveled from Alabama for Amber and Preston’s destination Cape Cod wedding! Amber grew up in Cape Cod, and has always loved the area. Preston, knowing this was one of her favorite destinations, proposed to Amber on the beach at sunset. After that moment, they both knew Cape Cod was their wedding destination! Then, once they saw The Dennis Inn, they knew instantly they had found their wedding venue! Both fell in love with the venue’s Cape Cod charm and the beautiful private areas that made the entire atmosphere feel more intimate than some of the bigger venues.

Since the couple is from Alabama, this was my first time meeting them! Amber and Preston are the sweetest couple and I had the best time photographing their dreamy wedding day. They lucked out with a lovely summer day with gorgeous weather. Everything about this day was picture perfect. To start the day, Amber readied with her bridesmaids before sharing a romantic first look on the beach with Preston.

Their love and connection was evident throughout every moment of their wedding day. They truly lived and savored each precious moment. As they exited the wedding ceremony as husband and wife, Preston dipped his bride for an epic kiss! The newlyweds later entered their tented reception space with the biggest smiles on their faces! There is something about the intimate atmosphere of a tented wedding that I have always loved. The twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic summer wedding. The carefully selected white and blue flowers and table decorations exuded a classic, summery vibe, while including the essence of Cape Cod seamlessly!

Amber and Preston’s wedding was a breathtaking celebration with the quintessential charm and elegance of Cape Cod. I, along with everyone else in attendance, couldn’t help but be captivated by the beauty and attention to detail throughout their special day. It was such an honor to be a part of their magical wedding day!
