It has been such a joy getting to know Courtney and Scott! I had the opportunity of capturing their engagement session, bridal shower, and now their wedding day! I love that they valued photography as an integral part of their wedding journey and wanted to capture each milestone. Their attention to detail was impeccable, with Courtney meticulously curating the color scheme, selecting the perfect suits and bridesmaid dresses, and ensuring every aspect of the day aligned with their vision.

Working with them felt like being among friends, and their genuine love and happiness radiated throughout the entire day. Courtney cried happy tears throughout the day, and so did I! Seeing them together and witnessing their love was incredibly touching, as their connection is undeniable. It is easy to see that they are soulmates, and are truly made for each other. There were countless moments during the day when I felt so much love coming from both of them. One of my favorite moments was their intimate first look at the docks at Wychmere. Emotions overflowed as Courtney and Scott laid eyes on each other for the first time. The love and happiness shared in that moment set the tone for the rest of the day.

Capturing the essence of Cape Cod was paramount for Courtney and Scott. The salty air, sandy beaches, and charming coastal towns have captured their hearts, and they hope to have a home of their own in this beautiful, seaside town someday. Their vision for the wedding was a modern Cape Cod celebration, infused with light and airy tones and a touch of coastal elegance. The Ocean Room at Wychmere Beach Club, with its clean lines and breathtaking views, was a perfect fit for their wedding day vision.

The views from the Ocean room are most notable. It is a stunning rooftop venue that features vaulted ceilings, Italian chandeliers, and floor to ceiling windows that open up to a wrap-around balcony. Their wedding colors were inspired by Cape Cod and embraced a palette of neutrals, including white, cream, light dusty blue, and sage greenery. This blend of colors added to the light and airy feel of the day, creating an ambiance of timeless elegance.
