I recently had the opportunity to capture this absolutely gorgeous, romantic garden wedding at Smith Farm Gardens in Connecticut. This wedding was a dream! Everything ran smoothly due to the careful planning and execution by the talented wedding planner Sarah, from Sarah Brehant Events, and her awesome team!
This wasn’t the first time I worked with Sarah. We actually met four years ago. She was one of the first industry professionals I met when I went full time in my photography business. Sarah left such a wonderful, lasting impression, as she was always so kind, welcoming, and encouraging. This time around was no different! She set the tone for the day, coordinating each detail so that the entire wedding day flowed flawlessly.
Romantic Garden Wedding
Smith Farm Gardens is a stunning, timeless wedding venue in the New England area. Nestled in the charming town of East Haddam, Connecticut, this enchanting venue features sprawling grounds, manicured gardens, and stunning architecture, creating a gorgeous, elegant wedding backdrop. The wedding ceremony took place on the front lawn. Afterwards everyone gathered under the sailcloth tent for beautiful evening outdoors.
This luxury garden wedding featured opulent, romantic floral arrangements in white and blush tones, meticulously styled tablescapes with dusty pink china and gold-plated silverware, and elegant chandeliers. This garden wedding also featured a live painter, who perfectly captured the newlyweds together in a timeless painting that they will cherish forever.
It was a joy to capture this elegant garden wedding at the stunning, countryside wedding venue, Smith Farm Gardens.
