Capturing Dan and Steven’s timeless Boston wedding at The Tower was such a treat. The entire day flowed effortlessly and was filled with so much love. Dan and Steven, are the absolute sweetest! On top of getting to witness and photograph their amazing wedding day, I was able to spend the entire day with them from getting ready in the morning until the dancing in the evening, and I loved every second of it!
After getting ready, we headed outside to capture their wedding portraits. Colorful leaves lined the sidewalks and streets as we walked through the city. Their adorable dog, Bowie, also tagged along for some portraits during the day. It is safe to say he was the star of the show while he was there!
Timeless Boston Wedding At The Tower
The wedding venue, The Tower: A Longwood Venue, is very cool and unique; it was perfect for their wonderful November wedding! The view from The Tower of the city below is breathtaking. The venue also allowed us to grab beautiful images from different vantage points, as The Tower stands tall over the heart of Boston. This is a signature Longwood venue with a timeless, luxurious style.
Dan and Steven had a traditional Jewish wedding followed by an exciting and unforgettable celebration! They had a lighting designer for their reception, which really set the mood of the evening. Their classic and timeless decor decorated the event space allowing for an amazing evening to unfold. Later in the evening, Dan and Steven had four professional dancers come to lift them up for the Hora! The crowd went wild! There was such a fun energy to the room and everyone was on the dance floor!
To end their perfect wedding day, we waited for nightfall and went outside on the city streets for night portraits. This was such a cool change from the sunset portraits I typically do and love. This was romantic and beautiful in an entirely different way. The lights from the venue and the city surrounding them up against the midnight blue sky painted a beautiful backdrop.
Dan and Steven, it was such an honor to photograph your timeless wedding day and capture all the joy and love between you, and surrounding you. Cheers to you both!
