I am so excited to share Caitlyn and Jack’s stunning Lakeview Pavilion Wedding in Foxborough, MA with you! This amazing couple waited patiently for this special day, and it was so worth it. They, like many couples over the past two years, had to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic. I photographed their engagement session in 2020 right before COVID happened. It made my heart so sad for every couple out there who had to reschedule their special day. It was wonderful to finally see Caitlyn and Jack say “ I Do” and celebrate this joyous day.
Lakeview Pavilion Wedding in Foxborough, MA
Their elegant wedding day at Lakeview Pavilion was perfect! The couple knew instantly that this was the venue for them! They loved the big windows that created openness and provided lovely views. The chandeliers that adorned the ballroom created a high end look that barely required any decorations. Each detail was carefully and thoughtfully planned and executed by Caitlyn. She is very detail-oriented, so it is no surprise that all the details tied together beautifully.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when the bride and bridesmaids were getting ready and they took a celebration photo with confetti! While I know confetti can be messy, it is so worth it! Besides, this moment was definitely worth celebrating, and I am so glad we brought out those confetti poppers!
At the reception, Caitlyn did a special dance with her mom, which was the absolute sweetest and totally brought me to tears! You can check it out on this Instagram reel here! It was such a sweet moment! The entire day was beautiful and seamless! I couldn’t be happier for these childhood friends turned sweethearts! They met back in 6th grade but didn’t start seriously dating until much later in life when they were in college.
Their Love Story
The one thing this couple enjoys more than anything is traveling. One of their favorite nearby spots to visit is Cape Cod. They both have fond memories there, as they both spent time at Cape Cod every year with family. On a special labor day weekend trip to Cape Cod, they enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing day by the beach and pool. Later that night, as they walked the beach at sunset with Jack’s sister and her boyfriend, they stopped for what Caitlyn thought was a picture with the sunset. However, Jack and his sister had the proposal all planned with the key phrase, “Let’s take a picture!” It was in that moment as Caitlyn posed for a picture that Jack turned, dropped to one knee, and proposed!
After saying yes, Jack had one more surprise for her up the beach. He had his sister set up a spot with a blanket, tiki torches, and champagne for them all to toast! Caitlyn recalled the memory saying, “It was truly the most unforgettable weekend and such a special time I still replay in my head all the time.”
What an amazing, romantic proposal! Watching these two together on their wedding day, there is no doubt that they are meant to be! It was truly a joy to be a part of their special day and capture their special day! I am so excited for this couple as they start the next chapter in their life together! Congratulations, Caitlyn and Jack!
