Monet and Avi’s oceanside wedding at the gorgeous Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, MA was stunning from start to finish. I’ve been waiting for their big day ever since I photographed their dreamy engagement session at Nantasket Beach. Their wedding was well worth the wait. Monet had such a classic vision for their wedding throughout the entire planning process, and this day exuded just that!
Oceanside Wedding at Beauport Hotel
The day began with a super sweet first look which turned into the most beautiful portraits. Even though it was freezing outside, Monet and Avi were complete troopers. You would never know how cold it was when looking at their gorgeous wedding portraits by the sea. Monet, a classic and elegant bride, wore a fitted wedding dress that sparkled in the sunlight. The bridesmaids wore different styled dresses in a stunning shade of light blue, perfect for this coastal wedding.
Throughout their day you could feel nothing but love between the two of them and their incredible families. Their outdoor wedding ceremony took place on the back deck of the boutique hotel facing the water. This was the first time I used a drone to capture aerial photographs and I love the results. The photos captured portray the beauty of this waterfront wedding venue.
After the couple exchanged their vows, the party moved indoors to the elegant event space. Classic, clean white flowers and light blue hydrangeas were arranged in tall vases at the center of the tables. Gold chandeliers and flickering candles provided romantic lighting. Then, there was the oyster bar, a perfect compliment to any oceanside wedding!
Once the newlyweds made their grand entrance to the reception and shared their first dance, I snuck them back outside for golden hour portraits. The sunset that evening was beautiful and we were able to capture some amazing photos. It was a wonderful way to end their wedding day!
