Liza and Brandon are the sweetest couple! I got to know them during their South End Boston Engagement Session and I couldn’t wait for their wedding day! I knew from all the planning and details Liza shared with me that it was going to be a stunning event, and I was not wrong! Their elegant Boston wedding at The Langham was gorgeous!

They incorporated so many personal touches throughout their day, really making it their own. I was blown away by all the thought that went into each element of their day. They literally thought of everything! One of my favorite details was at their reception – each table was modeled after their first set of dates. They had a writeup and a little favor for each guest that represented one of their first dates. It was such a sweet and beautiful way to tell and incorporate their story into their wedding day.

The bride readied with her bridesmaids in matching silk pjs in the same champagne color as their bridesmaids dresses. Liza was the most gorgeous bride! I loved her fitted dress with lace detail on the top that ran down the sides until it fanned out into the edges of the dress train. So modern and elegant! Brandon also looked dashing in his custom designed suite!

First Look + Seaport Wedding Portraits

The couple shared their first look in front of the restaurant where they had their actual first look the night of their first date! It makes me so happy to know that when they look back on this moment they will remember not only their wedding day, but the day their relationship started. The photos from this moment hold so much meaning and make it even more special!

After their first look, we headed to the gorgeous Seaport in Boston where they live to capture their elegant wedding portraits. Their adorable Great Dane, Wellington, joined in for some portrait fun. He tagged along for their engagement portraits too, and I love that he got to be a part of their wedding day photos too!

Soft florals framed the wedding ceremony as Liza made her way down the aisle at The Langham. The couple exchanged their vows, as many guests wiped away happy tears. During cocktail hour they had a painting for their guests to contribute to that will later hang in their home as memento from their special day.

The ballroom wedding reception at The Langham was pure elegance! Gold stands supported the timeless white flower centerpieces. The light and airy aesthetic of the venue paired perfectly with their elegant wedding day vision with white, cream, and gold as their primary colors. The couple were thrilled to be married and share this exciting moment with all the incredible people in their lives. I made sure their photography captured all the fun energy of the day, as well as those candid moments. To end the night, Liza changed into a fun and frilly dress that was perfect for dancing! We also did some “trendy” direct flash portraits that turned out great!
